Here’s the link to a great article about men’s strength training written by Dale Barr, one of the trainers here at Dauntless. But wait! Before you click; here are the other titles that Dale suggested for this post:

“Strong people are harder to kill and generally more useful.”

“You can be old, but don’t be old and weak.”

“Pick up a barbell or pick up a LifeAlert. You choose.”

“Be the man your wife married.”

“Get busy living or get busy dying.” (That one’s from the Shawshank Redemption.)

or how about:

“The Greatest Generation?”

I think you get the point.  Dale’s pretty passionate about men of all ages getting off their (excuses) and doing the work to get strong and healthy.  And it will not happen on a treadmill or by lacing up the old running shoes a couple times a week.  It’s not as hard as you might think and can even be kinda fun. We’ll show you.

We’re here when you’re ready to get started. You’ll find yourself in a great community of like-minded people, all working their personalized plan to get stronger and healthier, with top professional support.
