Pushing this forward. Original HERE:
“A moment of gratitude and thanks as we all stay in the safety of our homes for the nurses, doctors, healthcare workers, the people who keep the hospitals and care facilities running around the globe. Thank you to those who are manufacturing and transporting extra supplies, those working hard towards treatments and vaccines. Thank you to the people around the world who are keeping food supplies and daily needs continuing for their communities.
Let’s not forgot to take care of those who are suffering right now. Not everyone is able to stay at home and quarantine without concerns. This is a time that carries massive worry for so many, please support your friends, people in your community and of course your local businesses in the ways they’re suggesting. For anyone who has supportive help at home, give them paid leave. CEOs- pay for your employees (if you can) to stay home so they can put the health of themselves, their families and their communities first. Physical distancing doesn’t have to mean social isolation, stay in touch digitally- its more important now than ever.”
And this, from poet/author/writer David Whyte:

We will see everyone on the other side of this. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if there is any way we can support you. Movement, nutrition, well-being and stress management are now more important than ever. We closed our doors a week ago and have already transitioned to working with our clients online. We’re here to help.
Take care. Stay well. Help others.
